The rugby champions and Ferrari’s riders together for a great day of sport and racing cars.

A Zebre’s delegation (George Biagi, Mattia Bellini, Andrea Lovotti, Samuele Ortis e Guglielmo Palazzani) was welcomed by  Sebastian Vettel and Charles Leclerc in Ferrari’office in Maranello (MO) last year on the 17th of April.

The initiative is that of the German TV broadcaster RTV, which holds the rights of the Rugby World Cup’s current edition and of the Gran Prix F1 this year 2019.

The purpose is to create a joint communication campaign for the concomitance between the GP of Suzuka and the Rugby World Cup held in Japan.

The athlethes of the federal delegation admired Ferrari’s factory and the “Prancing Horse’s Museum” in a guided tour organized by Riccardo Adami, Sebastian Vettel’s Track engineer.

The jewel of the itinerary was the "Remote Garage", the operational center where the team of Ferrari technicians and engineers collects data and information in real-time about these racing cars.

The two teams have moved out onto the pitch near the Fiorano Modenese’s circuit at the end of the guided tour, where it was improvised as a rugby pitch for the occasion.

Vettel and Leclerc ventured into a series of tests with the oval ball, going up in “touche”, dodging the shields and facing many other game simulations with a smile thanks to the advice of the five competitive players in a climate of contagious happiness.
